    My mom and dad had Lowe’s in Mt Pleasant install carpet in their house. It was installed a year ago. The carpet is starting to bunch up and there are small wrinkles in the carpet. It looks awful! New carpet SHOULD last a long time without bunching up. My parents called the Lowe’s in Mt Pleasant back in February but no one called them back. They called Lowe’s in Mt Pleasant again but still no response. This is terrible customer service!! I don’t know if this is taking advantage of the elderly or pure laziness. Someone from Corporate needs to look into how the Lowe’s in Mt Pleasant is being managed!
