    I had a clog between my house and my septic tank. I called Brown's. they told me they could get to me in the afternoon. I called back around 4. I was told they were in Pittsburg but I was next on their list. No one ne ever showed up or even called. I called the next day (day 2) and was told they wouldn't be able to get to me until the next day (day 3). No one ever called to let me know. I've just been sitting here without being able to use any water in my house.
